Welcome to Inserloft. These Terms govern your access to the Inserloft website, project pages, documentation, downloads, and services that link to these Terms. Some products may have additional terms or separate licenses.

02 — Services and availability
Inserloft publishes information about technology, research, software, AI models, and related projects. A page describing a product does not necessarily mean every feature is generally available. Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
03 — Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and the terms and licenses that apply to each product. Do not use the Services to commit fraud, infringe rights, distribute malware, disrupt systems, bypass access controls, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

Where account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share access in a way that violates applicable product terms. Account features may be subject to additional terms when introduced.

Each software package, AI model, dataset, or other downloadable item is governed by the license supplied with that item. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. Do not treat outputs as professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice, or as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Except where a specific license or agreement says otherwise, Inserloft names, branding, website content, and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant rights beyond those expressly stated in an applicable license or agreement.
08 — Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided subject to applicable law and may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, or waives mandatory consumer rights. Any product-specific warranties, refund rules, or service commitments will be stated in the applicable product terms or agreement.

We may update these Terms as the website and projects evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with its revised date. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
